Full-Time Pediatrician to join Riverside Medical Clinic in
Temescal Valley CA. This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse pediatric population, including infants, children and adolescents.

- Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week)
- Call: Telephonic only (minimal)
- Patient Volume: 22-24 patients daily
- Location: Temescal Valley, CA
- Practice Setting: Multi-specialty
- Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support
- EMR / Technology: EPIC
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct well-child exams, sports physicals, and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Administer immunizations in accordance with CDC guidelines
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in the EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and specialists
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold clinical best practices
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $230k - $240k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible

Qualifications- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics
