Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
5-7 years of experience preferred
Bilingual is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Design and implement creative therapeutic interventions for children
Administer and document occupational therapy evaluations
Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding case management
Maintain professionalism with families and school teams
Keep accurate attendance and billing logs
Create and manage schedules with families and school personnel
Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly

Details about this opportunity:
Location: Homecare across Westchester, NY *Occasional virtual sessions available*
Status: Fee for service and/or Full-Time opportunities available
Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible hours
Compensation:
Fee for Service: $80-$120/hour
**Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**

Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
