- Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
- Setting: 100% Clinic-Based with Limited Telehealth (up to 10%)

Compensation Includes:- Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation/admin
- Productivity-based bonuses

- Full-Time Salary Range: $65,000-$115,000/year
- Part-Time Salary Range: $55,000-$75,000/year

What You'll Do- Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants
- Provide caregiver education and home programs to increase carryover
- Complete documentation in a user-friendly EMR
- Bring creativity, fun, and a child-centered approach to every session
Qualifications- Occupational Therapy degree + active (or eligible) California OT license
- Minimum two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with children and families
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
Clinical Performance Benchmarks- Help children achieve 80%+ of therapy goals
- Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction
- Submit 100% of required billable hours
- Complete daily notes within 24 hours
- Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48-72 hours
