Pediatric Nurse Onboarding Lead Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship through careful planning, organization, coordination, and regular review of nursing training and support services to maintain the highest level of clinical standards.
Deliver direct, highly skilled nursing care to highly complex clients transitioning directly from the hospital to home care.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of nursing training methods and practices, ensuring high-quality care outcomes and compliance through real-time charting.
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and staff, promoting a team-oriented culture.
Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to make well-informed decisions in dynamic, potentially stressful clinical environments.
Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments, onboarding checks, and the overall coordination of care.
Uphold and ensure nursing staff adherence to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and operational guidelines.

Pediatric Nurse Onboarding Lead Requirements:
Current nursing license (RN or LVN) to practice in the state of Texas.
