Patient Care Director - Nursing - Inpatient Psychiatry | Full-Time Days

As the Patient Care Director, you will oversee the daily clinical operation of the Dual Focus Unit. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high quality and compassionate patient care. You will promote a culture of safety and quality by ensuring continuity and consistency in implementing established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures. You will partner with our senior leaders, and unit chiefs who champion growth and innovation.

Mentor, supervise and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continued professional growth. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation and scheduling. Regularly assess unit's operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient's experience. Excel as a change agent, and advance initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the units.

This is a full-time schedule working 4 days a week/10 hour a day for Gracie Square Hospital.

Salary Range:

$170,000-$217,000/Annual
