Duties:
Draft and prosecute patent applications that shape the future of life sciences
Prepare patent opinion letters and provide IP counseling to global clients, helping them navigate complex IP landscapes
Conduct patent due diligence for high-stakes business deals
Skills:
1-4 years of patent prosecution experience in life sciences
Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, and the like
Active license to practice law
USPTO registration
