A Snapshot of Your Day: As the Parts Business leader you will play a critical role in supporting planned and unplanned outages across North America by ensuring the timely delivery of parts required for successful project execution. In this customer-focused, business-driven role, you will partner closely with the RNA Platform Team, Product Lines, and external customers to coordinate parts requirements, minimize downtime, and deliver exceptional service. This role supports outages for gas, steam, and generator units throughout the Mid-West region, with
Columbus, OH, or Chicago, IL as the preferred locations.
How You'll Make an Impact: - Develop outage-specific parts lists through the interpretation of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including customer quotes, order entry, delivery tracking, invoicing, and payment completion.
- Partner with Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Management, and Finance to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely support for customer inquiries related to outage planning and urgent parts requirements.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to develop comprehensive customer proposals and solutions.
- Support business and financial objectives by applying sound commercial and financial strategies to quotes and orders.
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; Engineering degree preferred. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry or function.
- Experience with Order Management, Field Service, and/or SAP preferred.
- Strong customer service, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information, make sound decisions, and collaborate effectively across teams with strong attention to detail.
