What You Will Do:The Materials Supervisor directs Materials personnel in all aspects of service work, shipping, receiving, and delivering site materials and equipment, while managing the site's spare materials inventory to support plant operations. This includes ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements through diligent auditing and material control. The role involves developing and implementing MRO policies and procedures, supervising and training personnel, overseeing inventory control functions such as trend analysis and reorder point establishment, coordinating inventory counts, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment. The Materials Supervisor has the authority to stop work for safety and is accountable for the safety of all materials personnel activities, managing departmental budgets, and evaluating staff performance.
We'd Love to Hear from People With:- Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent technical experience, with high school diploma or GED
- Within the past eight (8) years, must have three (3+) years of supervisory experience or successful completion of a supervisor training course
- One (1) year material control experience in an industrial or military environment
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a "Q" level security clearance.
Pay:Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $76,010 - $126,683. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.
