  • Work closely with our logistics partner to improve their operational efficiencies, including expansion of warehousing, identify streamlining and cost cutting measures across logistics
  • Oversee and right size US PDC inventory for the Americas with appropriate spare parts, stocking levels, and minimizes obsolescence
  • Handle custom duty and import payments and processes as well as collaborate with custom brokers to keep parts moving smoothly across the US, Canada and Mexico
  • Facilitate and enforce effective and efficient processes for dealer parts claims and returns to be managed within proper guidelines

  • Report regularly on key metrics within the department, including spend, purchases, quality, localized issues and geographical concerns, to make sure enhancement options are made available to the business
  • Establish, launch and administer Dealer Parts Performance metrics to track network performance and identify top and bottom performers
  • Review, administer and improve warranty, accessories and spare parts claim programs and processes in coordination with the HQ Warranty Team, Regulatory Compliance and the Americas Aftersales team
  • Directly support Dealer retail partners via daily responses to their inquiries within the Parts Ticketing system, within 24 to 48 business hours
