As we continue to expand, Global-e is looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Team Lead to join our US Partnerships team. This person will manage a team of Partnership Managers and drive regional partner strategy and execution in a highly dynamic environment!
The Partnerships Team Lead will report directly to our VP, Sales and Partnerships, North America.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a team of US-based Partnership Managers, providing coaching, performance guidance and day-to-day leadership.
• Own and execute Global-e's US partnership strategy, contributing to regional planning and partner prioritization.
• Identify, recruit, enable and manage strategic relationships with new and existing partners to support business goals.
• Execute partner sales strategies specific to the US market.
• Drive growth by identifying partnership opportunities and building indirect sales channels through joint business planning and ongoing partner enablement.
• Negotiate and close contracts and growth plans with current and prospective partners.
• Collaborate on US regional event strategy in alignment with annual planning.
• Work closely with direct sales and marketing teams on creating, tracking and reporting goals, forecasts and key metrics across partner accounts.
• Drive revenue targets through sourcing and influencing deals across the US partner portfolio.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operations to ensure partner programs are effectively supported and scaled.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development.
• 1+ years of experience directly managing a team, preferably Partnership Managers or a similar function.
• Hands-on experience recruiting, enabling and managing channel partners.
• Demonstrated success driving inbound lead generation and pipeline growth through channel relationships.
• Background in the e-commerce ecosystem strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Shopify or partnering with a large platform such as Meta/Facebook strongly preferred.
This position is hybrid and requires in-office presence 3x a week out of our NYC office.
OTE Compensation: $165k - $180k + equity
