Full Job Description
Things you'll do in this role:
Discuss technical, often scientific, topics with external stakeholders.
Build relationships with a range of project developers and take ownership of contract negotiations from start to finish.
Coordinate between Isometric team members across different divisions (Science, Growth, Technology) to identify and address blockers to working with priority developers.
Things we're looking for:
Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments - you cherish taking ownership and thinking strategically.
Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences, such as scientists.
This role isn't for you if:
You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We're in the office three days per week.
You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We're a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We're building and learning on the fly-and everyone's a generalist.
You're not comfortable with regular travel.
You're looking for a short term gig. We're building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
