Summary:
The Partner Success Program & Strategy Specialist is a key resource for ensuring continuity and quality of service across the Partner Success team. The primary responsibility for this role is to lead cross‑functional projects that ensure smooth and effective team operations, enabling PS staff to focus on high‑value, strategic work. The Specialist will coordinate and project‑manage key PS and educator needs across U.S. and global team members to drive timely and successful outcomes.
The Specialist also plays a critical role in driving the success of our Stile product nationwide by developing and maintaining resources, monitoring usage, and delivering timely support to educators and internal teams. The Specialist will develop, document, and refine new and evolving team processes to enhance efficiency, efficacy, and alignment. This position also provides backup support for the Senior Manager, Partner Success - Program & Strategy.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
Maintain all onboarding and training materials so that resources stay relevant and address the needs of new hires.
Collaborate with the Partner Success leadership team to ensure that new hires are receiving all the training they will need to be successful in their jobs.
Provide support to the Partner Success team by answering team questions and updating documentation when processes change in the appropriate places.
Collaborate with the leadership team and various team members across the company on special projects that arise, including the creation of project plans to keep all parties on track to meet goals.
Drive nationwide Stile product success by creating and maintaining educator resources, monitoring usage trends, and delivering timely support and training to internal teams and partners.
Ensure continuity of educator support by serving as interim Partner Success Manager during extended absences, managing assigned territories, maintaining relationships, and addressing partner needs to uphold service quality standards.
Develop eBulletins, educator-facing flyers, and presentation decks to support engagement and showcase data insights.
Support Brigance accounts by managing renewals, providing customer service, and coordinating account setup during back-to-school.
Partner with Partner Success team members and members of different teams to dive into the components of product releases and determine what processes need to be created/updated for the Partner Success team to be successful in rolling out the new features.
Prioritize our educators by working with team members to respond to educator feedback and make sure our accounts are making use of our demographic reporting options.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with Programs and Applications like Outlook, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365)
Strong customer and communication skills – both oral and written
Ongoing learner – able to learn and incorporate new and complex concepts quickly, and innovate processes with the usage/by leveraging Ai

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
3 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
A combination of education and experience that proves competency in the requirements of the role
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business
5 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
Previous experience as a K-12 Educator, Education Sales, Customer Management
Previous experience managing projects
Pay Range: This role’s range is $60,750 - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
