Full Job Description
The Role:

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful technical integration and deployment of Logitech technology by our strategic global partners. Your expertise will bridge the gap between internal engineering teams and external partners, ensuring technical alignment and smooth integration of our hardware and embedded software solutions. You will be instrumental in delivering innovative and high-performance experiences by supporting our partner's development processes and utilizing engineering methodologies. This engineering role is aligned with our Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) group, focused on mice, keyboards, and other workspace devices.

  • Support strategic partners in integrating Logitech products and technologies, serving as a key technical contributor throughout the integration process.
  • Collaborate with internal Firmware and Software teams to help translate partner requirements into technical specifications and proposed design approaches.
  • Engage with partner engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to support technical discussions and ensure alignment across functional groups.
  • Collaborate with partner engineering teams to align integration approaches with Logitech's quality, performance, and reliability expectations.
  • Provide system level debugging support and technical consultation to resolve complex integration issues involving partner platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, integration guides, and example implementations for external developers.
  • Work with teams to facilitate integration of connectivity technologies such as Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, and sensor interfacing.


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
  • 3-5 years of experience in embedded software development or system integration roles
  • Solid programming fundamentals in embedded SW and troubleshooting skills applied to system-level integration.
  • Experience integrating embedded systems involving hardware and firmware components.
  • Working knowledge of at least one communication protocol such as USB, Bluetooth, WiFi, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving engineering, product, or business stakeholders.


Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.


Compensation:
  • This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 101,000 and $ 143,000 In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
