Partners act as stewards of the Aprio brand, delivering excellence in client service while driving revenue growth, operational effectiveness, and cross firm collaboration.
ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Service Delivery- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high value strategic, technical, and operational guidance.

- Provide executive oversight on complex engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging business needs that impact client operations.

Business Development & Growth- Develop and execute growth plans that expand Aprio's market presence in designated practice areas or industry niches.

- Build and maintain strong referral networks, strategic partnerships, and market relationships.

- Identify new opportunities for service expansion, innovative offerings, and cross firm synergies.

- Represent Aprio internally and externally as a leader committed to firm culture and values.

Talent Development & Team Leadership- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent within the practice area.

QualificationsRequired- 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Client Accounting Services).
- Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
- Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
- High ethical standards.
Preferred- Deep Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments.
- Prior partner or executive leadership experience.
