Paralegal - Personal Injury Litigation (Irvine) The OpportunityAs our Litigation Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to advocate for our clients' interests, often in ground-breaking and newsworthy cases.
Accountable for- Assist in drafting, reviewing, proofreading, citation checking, and tabling documents
- Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
- Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
- Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Manage and calendar court deadlines
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Maintain organized case files
Qualifications- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Confident in a paperless work environment
- Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
- Familiarity with California discovery rules
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Type at least 40 wpm.
Compensation- $75,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
