Responsible for development and maintenance of all packaging specifications including internal and external documentation
Work cross functionally with ingredient strategy teams to engineer better primary packaging solutions for functionality and design
Work with vendors and the Packaging Strategy team to test and qualify packaging designs to expand the Packaging supply chain to enable top-line box growth
Manage the planning and execution of business critical packaging testing out of the Packaging Laboratory based in our Newark, NJ distribution center
Test packaging components and modify as necessary to meet functional parameters, cost targets, fulfillment, and shipping requirements
Help provide packaging solutions to HelloFresh's innovative launch of new products, services offerings, and expansion into new categories and markets.
Conduct technical and scientific tests to gain further insights into packaging strategies, packaging material(s) comparison, and various other ad-hoc packaging research & development projects.
