• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience in building dashboards or reporting tools for business insights.
• Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing and carrier selection.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and operations.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Design efficient workflows for diverse item sizes and HazMat compliance.
• Calculate project IRR and payback periods for warehouse setups.

• Define SOPs for handling exceptions and ensure compliance with California regulations.
• Analyze client needs to identify pain points in cross-border and US operations.
• Conduct competitive assessments of overseas warehouse capabilities for operational efficiency.
