Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a crane service technician.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn mechanical and industrial skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to various production environments, including overnight stays.
• Proficient in using a company phone and computer for operations.
• Capable of completing electronic forms in a timely fashion.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and on holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to inspect and troubleshoot cranes.
• Repair and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related equipment.
• Ensure equipment meets operational standards through hands-on inspections.
• Document service reports and submit electronic forms promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients regarding service status.
