Outside Sales Representative - Windows & SidingLocation: Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $90,000-$150,000 (Base + Commission)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Promote and sell windows, siding, and other exterior building products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Grow existing accounts while expanding the customer base.
- Provide product knowledge and support to contractor customers.
- Independently manage territory sales activities and customer relationships.
Qualifications - Previous experience in window and/or siding sales or installation required.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and contractor purchasing processes.
- Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Established contractor relationships within the Colorado Springs market are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Business or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits - $90,000-$150,000 annual earning potential (base + commission).
