Outside Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission | 120K-250K+ Earning Potential
This is a performance-driven sales opportunity for people who want their income to reflect their effort and results.
What You Can Earn
• $120,000-$250,000+ annual on-target earnings
• Uncapped commission potential.
• Early commission advances paid on qualifying sales milestones:
• $250 - Claim filed and contingency agreement signed.
• $150 - Adjuster appointment approval and required summary collected.
• $250 - First customer check collected before installation.
• Remaining commission paid after the project is built and paid in full.
Milestone payments are advances against your future project commissions, not additional compensation.
What You'll Do
• Generate business through door-to-door canvassing and referrals.
• Inspect roofs and exterior properties for storm damage and improvement opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on insurance claims and retail replacement options.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to installation.
• Manage leads, estimates, and customer relationships using Service-Titan.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
• Competitive, self-motivated individuals with a hunter mentality.
• Sales experience is preferred, not required. Motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working outdoors.
• Reliable transportation, and valid driver's license
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Territory- Charlotte, Kings Mountain, Shelby, Rutherfordton, Gastonia. Field based territory travel.
