What Your Day Looks Like- Work an assigned territory in the greater Schaumburg, visiting local businesses in person
- Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities
- Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business
- Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager
What You Need- Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
- 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Schaumburg and surrounding area

Pay and Benefits- Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commission, paid bi-weekly
