Base + Uncapped Commissions | Paid Training | Company Vehicle | Real Growth

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is looking for an Experienced Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across Western Massachusetts. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role-you'll be in the field building relationships, solving real problems, and driving revenue.
What Makes You a Fit
Minimum 1 year of Outside Sales experience
Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in the field

Requirements
Valid driver's license
Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening (we do not test for THC or marijuana)
What You'll Earn
$1,000 base pay a week while in the training phase *able to earn commission during training if applicable
After training: $800-$1000 base pay a week + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50,000-$110,000+
Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results
