Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is
launching in Charlotte-and we're looking for motivated people ready to build relationships, win business, and help a new operation succeed.
Pay and Benefits That Make a Difference- $65,000 annualized introductory guarantee: For your first six months, base pay plus a temporary commission guarantee provides approximately $32,500 over that period, with the opportunity to earn more. Earned commissions count toward the guarantee.
- Base pay plus uncapped commissions: Actual base is $21.40-$23.40 per hour, depending on experience. After six months, compensation continues as base pay plus earned commissions.
- No-cost employee health coverage: We pay 100% of employee medical, dental, and vision premiums, with dependent coverage available at a low employee cost.

Your Opportunity Build a territory from the ground up through prospecting, cold calls, jobsite visits, quotes, and consistent follow-up. Develop relationships with contractors, site managers, and event organizers while growing accounts and coordinating dependable service.
Everyone pitches in during start-up. Sales is your primary focus, but you'll also help with deliveries, pickups, unit servicing, events, and other operational needs.
Requirements
What You Bring - Initiative, persistence, strong communication, and a willingness to ask for the sale.
- Customer-facing experience and the ability to organize your day and follow through.
- A hands-on attitude and flexibility as the operation grows.
- A valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and the ability to meet applicable DOT physical requirements.
- Ability to perform essential duties-including lifting and moving loads of 75 pounds, entering and exiting trucks repeatedly, and working outdoors-with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfort with email, Microsoft Office, GPS, and sales systems.
Schedule: Full-time, exempt outside sales; approximately
8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, with additional hours, weekends, and company-paid training as needed. Work is onsite and in the field in Charlotte.
