Role and Responsibilities:As an
Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. With a focus on building relationships, you will engage with potential customers,
understandtheir needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in sales and project management will contribute to our company's success while ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
What you will do...Customer Engagement:
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and provide creative, tailor-made solutions to address their specific needs.
- Build rapport with customers and guide them through the available package options using effective communication skills.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from presenting and explaining the proposed solutions/quote to successfully closing the deal
- Address customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs related to sold projects.
Project Management:
- Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with crew leaders and subcontractors, where applicable, to review on-going projects, ensuring accurate and complete project information for seamless job operations.

Qualifications:You must have...- Minimum of 3 years of in-person sales experience, proven record of achieving various sales performance targets and metrics. Experience in insulation services, HVAC, and/or roofing sales is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, BuilderTrend preferred.
- Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Driver's License with clean driving record
