Outpatient Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of patient, employee, and community needs.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the service state.
• Additional certification or registry as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
