Heritage Oaks Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Outpatient Clinical Manager to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals!

Full-Time, Dayshift

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Outpatient Clinical Program Manager provides administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the Outpatient Services Department, ensuring appropriate psychosocial treatment programs that meet the needs of the patients and the community and are in compliance with regulatory agencies and the facility's performance objectives. Responsibilities include managing the administrative, and clinical processes for all Outpatient Services offered at the facility. The Clinical Manager position is a dynamic role that provides administrative leadership and clinical oversight to a growing multi-disciplinary team of RNs, Master's level Therapists, Case Managers, and Licensed Therapists. Outpatient offers a myriad of programs including Partial Hospitalization, Dual Diagnosis PHP, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient, Adolescent PHP, and Adolescent IOP.

The ideal candidate will have a broad experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred. You must have Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work and hold an LMFT, LCSW or LPCC.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of social work or related field and licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.

License: California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a valid driver's license.

Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of JCAHO, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. CPR certification, and successful completion of the hospital's designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint required prior to assisting in the procedures.
