Job DescriptionSummary: The Senior Analyst of Out of Network Operations supports strategic and operational initiatives by delivering data-driven insights and process improvements across arbitration workflows. This role contributes to project execution, system enhancements, and performance analysis, serving as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle operations and analytics.

Responsibilities- Leads small to medium-sized projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development.
- Develops and maintains interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor arbitration and operational performance.
- Designs and maintains SQL-based datasets, queries, and data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Performs complex data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Partners cross-functionally with Data, Strategy, Payor Analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on insights.
- Supports the design and implementation of automation tools or workflows (e.g., using Python, VBA, Alteryx, or robotic process automation platforms) to streamline manual processes.
- Contributes to business case development through quantitative analysis, process mapping, and forecast modeling.
- Prepares and delivers clear summaries of findings and recommendations to business partners and director-level leadership.
- Develops and maintains process documentation and end-user materials to support knowledge sharing and training.
- Mentors and may review work of lower-level analyst.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and arbitration workflows.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and business requirements documentation.
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent work experience and/or education.
- 4 years of Business Analyst experience required.
- Healthcare industry and project experience preferred.
