Position Summary

Our Milwaukee office is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with a background in Workplace Safety to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity for those with OSHA experience to play a key role in litigation matters, with substantial client interaction and engagement with opposing counsel. We also offer meaningful opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking for those interested in further building their professional presence.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Wisconsin. During employment, candidates must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must possess 8+ years of Workplace Safety experience either at a firm or government agency.
  • OSHA experience preferred; industry-specific experience in construction, oil & gas, refinery, agriculture, etc. will also be considered.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; passion for client service and practice development.
