Full Job Description
Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a Physician Associate to join our busy, hospital-employed orthopedic surgery team in Bangor, Maine! Join a team with access to expert clinical resources in adult reconstruction, hand surgery, oncology, trauma, foot & ankle, shoulder, elbow, pediatrics, and sports medicine. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Position highlights:

  • Perform comprehensive history and physician examinations
  • Implement therapeutic intervention
  • First assist in the OR
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Monday-Friday schedule with rotating call


Compensation Information:

  • $120,000-$128,000 annual base salary
  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
