Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, you will join our well established, busy practice on the campus of St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA. This exciting opportunity allows you to practice in a supportive, physician-led setting with access to cutting-edge technology and a robust referral network within a regional healthcare leader. You will be joining a well-respected team of one orthopedic surgeon and two advanced practice providers. Our new surgeon should anticipate the opportunity to build an elective general orthopedics practice with a specialized focus on general and total hip and knee procedures, and be comfortable with community trauma.

You will deliver comprehensive orthopedic care, with a specialized focus on general procedures, diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions for diverse patient needs. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures with expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries with a specialized focus on general and total hip and knee procedures.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a comprehensive array of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Ensure patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care pathways.
- Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices and upholding accurate medical documentation.
- Large geographic catchment / referral base
- Excellent APPs to assist with pre-ops, hospital rounding, post-ops, and more
- Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support
- EPIC EMR

Job Requirements
Required
- MD / DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Washington
