Full Job Description
We operate on a cash-based model, which eliminates the typical administrative burden and productivity pressure of insurance-based practices. This model allows our therapists to provide 1-hour, one-on-one patient care exclusively, with a full-time caseload limited to approximately 28 patients per week.
  • Salary range from: $105k-$175k
  • 401K Program
  • Unlimited continuing education funds.

We are seeking a proven manual physical therapy-based clinician with a significant background in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Please note that we are exclusively seeking candidates with this specific outpatient orthopedic experience; candidates from home health or skilled nursing backgrounds will not be a clinical fit for our environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Manual Therapy Expertise: Your practice must be heavily manual-based, requiring you to spend 50% or more of your session time delivering hands-on manual therapy.
  • Commitment to Growth: We look for dedicated learners who demonstrate an active commitment to continuous professional growth, evidenced by completing at least two physical therapy continuing education classes per year in the last two years (with at least one or two of those being a manual therapy-focused class).
  • Certifications: A strong preference for candidates who possess, or are actively pursuing, advanced manual therapy certifications such as CFMT, FAAOMPT, or COMT.
  • Patient Success: Proficiency in patient retention and development is essential. You must be able to maintain patients on their schedule, attract new patients, and secure referrals from existing patients.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $105k-$175k.
  • Generous PTO.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plans with employer contributions.
Support for Your Success
  • Paid charting time, including the use of advanced AI-generated notes, to reduce non-clinical workload.
  • Weekly, unlimited continuing education funds.
  • Regular in-house trainings (biweekly and quarterly).
