Full Job Description
What you will do: (Office of Refugee Resettlement) ORR Lead Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Lead Clinician reports to the Program Director/ Manager. The position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following, responsible for coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervises the clinical staff. Provides individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs. Provides 24/7 on-call crisis management services and support to students and staff, coordinating on-call schedule for staff as well. Ensures all Mental Health Emergency Protocol steps/interventions are implemented accordingly. Conducts regular audits of documentation and assessments by ORR Clinicians. Oversees all documentation involving therapeutic services, contacts with students and other service providers. Is part of multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings to implement behavior plans, discuss service goals, or other goals to meet student needs as necessary. Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR Program. Ensures compliance with records and documentation and quality of care.

  • Work schedule is based on program needs.

Compensation

$85,000 yearly

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other relevant behavioral health discipline and includes 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for LCSW.
  • Must have supervisory experience and be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
