Organizational Change Specialist

The Opportunity:   

Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis organizational change management comes down to one thing, learning how an organization works and making it better. Thankfully, that’s what you do, improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you, an organizational transformation and change advisor who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.  

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in the Department of War. As a change management professional, you'll design, develop, and refine strategies, white papers, presentations, and strategies. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.  

You Have: 

• 10+ years of experience in a professional environment

• Experience working in the Department of War (DoW)

• Experience with strategic communications and organizational transformation roles

• Knowledge of Adobe products to create graphics and visuals

• Ability to synthesize and present information for DoW senior leadership

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience working side-by-side with DoW senior leadership developing strategies and plans

• Experience with technical editing and graphic design

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
