Order/Project Manager
Appleton, WI

Summary

In this role you will be responsible for managing Paper Machine Rebuilds and Fiber Systems project scope from late stage quoting to project closure. This role will have project management focus on shorter term projects and managing operations of our internal and external manufacturing activities for all orders.

Responsibilities

Order Management Duties
  • Define the delivery deadline and prepare the sales schedule for forecasted projects by evaluating the lead times of the critical supply items, the analysis of capacity utilization of the manufacturing teams.
  • Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of the schedules and delivery dates of each project.
  • Coordinate planning of internal and third parties' resources.
  • Define the priority among projects by balancing the individual needs and the availability and allocation of resources.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Coordinates larger shipments and logistic tracking.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Project Management Duties
  • Single point contact for customer from order entry to completion
  • Manage external and internal project stakeholders.
  • Facilitates internal and external project kick off meetings.
  • Manage project deadlines and project budget.
  • Coordinates the project activities required for successful completion of the project.
  • Leads project status meetings internal and external
  • Maintains the project action list and to coordinate the corrective actions to resolve.
  • Manage change orders and communicates impact to project.
  • Coordinate the timely resolution of warranty claims submitted by the customer.
