Full Job Description
Must Haves
  • Minimum 7 years of applicable experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of technical experience.
  • Strong Retail experience in the area of Merchandising.
  • High level of knowledge and expertise in Retail business processes.
  • Experience with leading industry packages in Merchandising (ideally Oracle Retail but will look at JDA)
  • Highly experienced in laying out Process flows, Work-flow diagrams, Use-Cases (UML) and BPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Visio, Share point, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Outlook).
  • Familiar with different software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work cooperatively with business partners and project teams to get issues resolved quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen effectively to others, and encourage others to express their ideas.

Nice to Haves

  • PIM (Product Information Management) experience.
  • Experience with other types of Retail Applications, like Order Management, Planning, and Supply Chain.
