Job DescriptionOracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC) Functional LeadNew York, NY (Remote)Role SummaryOracle Learning Cloud Functional Consultant is responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud (OLC). Acts as a functional expert and client advisor driving learning transformation and compliance enablement.
Experience Requirements- 8-15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology.
- 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
- 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Experience in global implementations and full lifecycle delivery.
- Strong exposure to Learning & Development business processes and compliance training and certification processes.
- Proven client-facing experience.
- Implementation Experience with Healthcare Sector clients is preferred.
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM TechnoFunctional.
Experience: 8-10 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
