The WorkAs an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR Consultant, your daily tasks will include:
- Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
- Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Core HR functionalities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
- Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR reports
This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX.Here's what you need:- At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If:- Proficiency in Payroll
- SQL query experience
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus
