Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion & EBS Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record delivering
Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) programs, including implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and
EBS-to-Fusion Cloud transformation and migration initiatives.
This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role requiring strong project governance, executive communication, financial and resource management, and the ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams across business, functional, technical, integration, and data workstreams.
Responsibilities:Lead End-to-End Oracle ERP Delivery- Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS programs, including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and EBS-to-Fusion migration initiatives.
- Own delivery across the full project lifecycle, including initiation, discovery, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Establish and maintain project governance, delivery methodology, milestones, dependencies, and quality standards.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives, contractual commitments, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Project Planning & Governance- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, integrated schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, financial tracking, and executive status reporting.
- Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and client status meetings.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, milestones, and escalation paths across all workstreams.
- Proactively identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delivery impacts and drive them to resolution.
Cross-Functional & Team Leadership- Coordinate large, multidisciplinary teams spanning:
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Procurement
- HCM
- Technical/Development
- Integrations
- Data Migration
- Testing
- Organizational Change Management
- Effectively manage onshore/offshore delivery models and coordinate NTT DATA, client, and third-party resources.
- Foster strong collaboration between business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and client leadership.
Financial, Scope & Resource Management- Manage project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and formal change control processes.
- Track project budgets, financial performance, resource utilization, and forecast-to-complete against contractual commitments and SOWs.
- Identify resource constraints and proactively adjust staffing and delivery plans to maintain project momentum.
- Partner with account and delivery leadership to manage commercial and contractual considerations.
Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare- Lead comprehensive cutover and go-live planning, including mock conversions, readiness assessments, rehearsal cycles, go/no-go decisions, and rollback planning.
- Coordinate business and technical readiness across all workstreams.
- Drive issue resolution and executive escalation throughout cutover and go-live.
- Lead transition into production support and post-go-live hypercare.
Oracle Updates, Upgrades & Integrations- Manage Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and EBS patching/upgrades when applicable.
- Oversee dependencies involving third-party applications and enterprise integrations, including:
- Legacy systems
- Banking platforms
- EPM/HFM
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Other middleware and external systems
- Ensure integration, data, and technical dependencies are incorporated into the overall project plan and governance framework.
Change Management & Client Engagement- Partner with organizational change management teams to coordinate training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
- Build strong relationships with client executives, business leaders, IT stakeholders, and project teams.
- Communicate complex project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
Required Qualifications- 12-15+ years of IT/ERP delivery experience, including at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle EBS R12 implementations and transformation programs.
- Proven delivery of at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on project management experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Experience leading or managing EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration/transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Procurement business processes and their integration across an enterprise Oracle environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Project financial management

- Risk and issue management
- Executive reporting and governance
- Exceptional client-facing, executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with distributed/global delivery teams and onshore/offshore models.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Agile/Scrum certification or experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Oracle Cloud implementation certification.
- Experience managing global, multi-entity, and multi-currency Oracle ERP programs.
- Experience with Oracle OUM, Agile, hybrid, or other structured ERP delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,112 - $175,300. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
