Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) Consultant with strong implementation knowledge of
FDI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering analytical solutions, integrating Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data, and enabling business insights through dashboards, data models, and pipelines.
Key Responsibilities - Implement and support Oracle FDI / FAW / OAC based analytics solutions.
- Design and build data models, semantic layers, pipelines and ETL/ELT integration using Oracle and cloud frameworks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, metrics, visualizations, and analytic datasets aligned with business processes.
- Perform data mapping, transformation logic design, and orchestration between Oracle Fusion and target analytical systems.
- Work on FAW extensibility framework including custom subject areas and incremental data loading.
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, ensuring data integrity, quality, and performance tuning.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Document solution approach, configuration, design details, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant experience working in data analytics / BI implementation roles.
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle FDI and at least one of the following:
- FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)
- OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, data pipelines, semantic layer design, and data integration.
- Solid experience working with Fusion ERP / HCM / SCM subject areas and data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, RPD, ODI, OIC, or Data Pipeline tools.
- Experience with ETL frameworks and data transformation logic creation.
- Understanding of KPIs / business process flows across ERP domains (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
Good to Have - Oracle Cloud or FAW certification.
- Experience in large-scale global implementation projects.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake / Power BI / Tableau / AWS / GCP / Azure analytics environments.
