Job Title: Oracle ERP ConsultantRole OverviewWe are looking for a Oracle ERP Consultant with strong experience across Oracle E-Business Suite and the Food Manufacturing / CPG industry.
In this role, you will provide deep Oracle EBS functional and industry expertise during due diligence and transition initiatives. You will work closely with business and IT leadership to assess ERP configurations, map business processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, distribution, and finance.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of hands-on Oracle EBS functional expertise, food/CPG industry knowledge, ERP optimization experience, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional expertise across multiple Oracle EBS modules, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, SCM, and Quality.
- Assess existing ERP configurations, business processes, workflows, and integration points.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes and identify functional gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Advise on supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and financial processes.
- Support due diligence and transition activities by identifying ERP risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ERP recommendations.
- Evaluate opportunities for AI-driven ERP analytics, process automation, and operational improvements.
- Provide guidance on ERP controls and SOX compliance within Oracle environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP processes align with business and industry requirements.
- Support leadership with recommendations related to ERP modernization and optimization.
Must-Have Qualifications- 10+ years of deep Oracle EBS functional experience across multiple modules.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least 5 Oracle EBS modules, preferably including: Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality
- Strong Food Manufacturing, CPG, or related industry experience.
- Experience with ERP configuration assessment, optimization, and advisory.
- Strong business process mapping and gap analysis skills.
- Expertise in supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience with SOX compliance and ERP controls.
- Understanding of AI-driven ERP analytics and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with business and IT leadership.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience with Infor Optiva or PLM solutions.
- Experience with Blue Yonder / JDA demand planning.
- Knowledge of EDI/B2B integrations, particularly Sterling.
- Experience advising on Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations.
- Familiarity with Workday or UKG HR modules.
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$180,000-200,000 annually]/[$100.00-110.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
