We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst to support and enhance HR and Financial Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The resource will work in an Agile team, developing solutions, handling production support, and translating business requirements into technical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications across AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, test, debug, and implement Oracle applications.
- Perform production system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
- Conduct unit and system testing and support UAT.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and application turnover materials.
- Follow development standards, coding guidelines, and review procedures.
Required Skills- 8+ years of Oracle EBS 12.2+ development experience in Linux environments hosted on OCI.
- 8+ years of hands-on development across Oracle AP, GL, Purchasing, HR, iRecruitment, and Time & Labor modules.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
- Strong systems analysis, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
- Experience developing Power BI paginated reports, desktop reports, and dashboards.
