Full Job Description
Preferred • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • At least 4 years of hands on Oracle Database administration expertise • At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • At least 4 years' experience in installing, configuring, managing and monitoring of ASM (Automatic Storage management) for both Standalone, Standby(Data guard) and RAC databases • At least 7 years strong hands on experience of Installation, Upgrade and Configuration of Oracle 8i,9i,10g and 11g Databases • Experience configuring physical and logical Standby databases (Data Guard) for BCP/DRP (Business continuity plan and Disaster Recovery Plan) on various windows and UNIX platforms • Hands on experience in Patch maintenance • Experience in capacity planning, Security Administration and performance management • Hands on experience in writing shell scripts for automating various database activities like service availabliity,backup and recovery, performance tuning and managing archive data and dump and trace files • Experience in solution design / configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • Ability to work with minimal direction, yet also be able to work in team environment • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Good analytical, communication, talent management and project management skills • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
