Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
Active optometry license in British Columbia
Experience in delivering patient-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work varying schedules (locum, full-time, part-time options available)
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive eye examinations and assessments
Prescribe eyewear and treatment plans based on patient needs
Educate patients on eye health and preventive care
Collaborate with a team of over 50 Optometrists and staff
Ensure a positive and engaging patient experience
Participate in community outreach and events
