Novant Health Coastal Region is seeking an Ophthalmologist to diagnose, treat, and perform surgery on eye diseases, injuries, and vision problems, requiring comprehensive exams, prescribing corrective lenses/medications, performing procedures like cataract or laser surgery, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key duties involve clinical exams, surgical intervention (cataract, glaucoma, retinal, patient education, and managing complex cases.
