Are you a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for lean process improvement? Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our high-performing team in our distribution center in Eastvale, CA.

Position Summary:

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Supervise and coach warehouse associates, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to drive growth and resolve issues.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring process adherence and optimizing efficiency.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Audit goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and improve workflows.
  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, manage tasks, deadlines, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
  • Collaborate and Problem-Solve: Work with other teams to ensure timely deliveries, troubleshoot operational issues, and adapt to changes.
  • Ensure Safety: Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment for employees and materials.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.Experience in outbound logistics.
  • Leadership: 2+ years Proven ability to guide, develop, and coach a team, including having critical conversations to improve performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and improve processes.
  • Microsoft Excel: Basic to intermediate proficiency, including the ability to create pivot tables for data analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to seek out knowledge, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt to operational changes.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for leading teams and collaborating across departments.


Thorough knowledge of department processes. Point person to resolve issues elevated by support personnel. High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Four year college degree not required but strongly preferred. Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience and 1 year of leadership experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,700.00 - $116,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
