ABOUT THE POSITION
The Project Management Manager is hands on position that will be responsible for managing direct reports doing planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Key Deliverables
• Develops vision and plan for projects based on business needs and assigns resources.
• Oversees documentation for processes and procedures for projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Oversees communication and monitors and track progress.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
• Leads team in coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Verifies techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
• 7-10 years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years in leadership of a team
• Creative problem-solver
• Basic financial planning
• Resource Management
• Effective team-building expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in a matrix-based, marcom organization preferred
• Microsoft Outlook expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
