Responsibilitie

About the team: The Business Process Enablement team is responsible for standardizing and systemizing processes for data center development. By analyzing process execution indicator and identifying optimization opportunities, we provide process guidelines and system solutions to address business challenges. We aim to support the overall development of data center businesses. We are looking for a self-motivated process management expert. As a process management expert, your responsibilities will include: 1. Focus on standardization and systematization of Data Center end to end processes 2. Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Delivery and Operation teams, formalize the standard of process, and organize training if needed 3. Organize systematization for Data Center end to end processes, work with Platform team on product design, implement, and maintenance of the system 4. Oversee the compliance assessment of new hyperscale data centers and edge sites in APAC, AMS and EU region, and coordinate with cross function team, including but not limited to Legal, Data security, Regional Government Relations, and Tax team to provide valid evaluation 5. Continuously track operational performance indicators, analyze common issues in collaboration and efficiency, propose and follow up on feasible improvement measures 6. International travel requirement: up to four times per year, including but not limited to China and Europe. Candidates must have a valid passport and be able to obtain the necessary visa

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management of Technology or related majors 2. 5+ years of relevant work experience 3. Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and applications of end to end process management 4. Experienced in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. 5. Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving abilities and be proactive Preferred Qualifications 1. Working experience in the Data Center industry is preferred 2. Deep understanding of regional data center policies or compliance requirements is a Plus 3. Digitalization project experience is preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $208800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
