Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing context
• Preferred experience with Class III medical devices
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office, ERP software, project management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production goals and related functions including inventory and scheduling.
• Lead daily production meetings, analyzing metrics for assigned departments.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and quality functions for product safety and timely delivery.
• Review performance metrics for safety and efficiency, strategizing improvements.
• Manage employee hiring, training, and performance management.
• Mentor supervisors and provide team management guidance.
• Champion employee safety by ensuring timely investigations and audits.
• Enhance employee engagement based on survey feedback and partnership with operations.
