Project Governance: Guide the change order process, negotiate cost impacts, and establish efficient construction sequencing. Strategic Planning: Identify organizational risks and translate high-level company goals into actionable performance metrics for the operations team Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in a Senior Operations role, specifically within the construction industry. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; an MBA is considered a major asset. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in Finance, Procurement, and Strategic Planning, along with mastery of MS Office and data analysis. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to resolve complex conflicts and manage diverse stakeholders.
