Full Job Description
FRSH is seeking a highly motivated, driven, and detailed oriented Operations Manager who will be in charge of overseeing, organizing and coordination our strategic development within our company. They will also be in charge managing multiple projects and tasks. They will be a natural problem solver, extremely organized and are able to work in a fast pace and intense environment. This is an exciting and pivotal role within our growing company. Responsibilities: Work across departments to ensure targets and goals are being met Tackle complex problems independently while working closely with our CEO Ensure growth and optimal opportunities for our company internally and externally Ensure clients' demands are satisfied; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to team to enhance the quality of future service. Assist with the review of all major deliverables (i.e. briefs, decks, proposals, SOWs, tech specs, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Assist and work closely with other internal teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. An in-depth understanding of company capabilities and services and effective communication of all offerings to clients Qualifications REQUIREMENTS • Previous project management experience is a plus • Quick learner and exceptional listening skills • Preferable a Masters in Project Management or Operations • Passion and interest in Digital voice, Social and Mobile Media • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail, efficient work ethic, and ability to synthesize excessive market data on a daily basis • Strong people skills, relationship management skills and ability to effectively communicate with clientele and our office on a daily basis • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects • Proficient knowledge in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Information If you feel like you are a excellent fit, include any relevant projects, social media links, and your cover letter where you tell us a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a great addition to our globally recognizes award-winning team of rockstars who know what excellence means.
